Refund Policy

After receiving authorization, send the return by mail with the free return label enclosed in your parcel. Restocking fees are not charged, and the availability of an exchange depends on inventory.

Once approved, a refund is processed to the original form of payment within 10 days.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new products, whether defective or free of defects. Requests must reach us within the 30 days following delivery.

A change of mind, a personal preference, or an incorrect product choice can support a non-defective return. Returnable goods must remain unused and new, with their original condition, packaging, labels, and included accessories preserved.

You may seek assistance for damaged or defective goods, mistaken items, missing parts, and a material discrepancy from the description. Your request should contain the order number, purchase email, and a description, plus product and packaging images or video when reporting damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing parts.
