How are goods sent back? After receiving authorization, send the return by mail with the free return label enclosed in your parcel. Restocking fees are not charged, and the availability of an exchange depends on inventory.

What if goods arrive incorrectly? You may seek assistance for damaged or defective goods, mistaken items, missing parts, and a material discrepancy from the description. Your request should contain the order number, purchase email, and a description, plus product and packaging images or video when reporting damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing parts. Once approved, a refund is processed to the original form of payment within 10 days.
